These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Phone Buck Fuck platform. Phone Buck Fuck may also be referred to as PBF, the Platform, we, us, or our.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Phone Buck Fuck, creating an account, initiating calls, participating in web chat, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Unauthorized use of payment methods or fraudulent transactions may result in account termination.

6. Promotional Minutes

New users may receive introductory free minutes. Promotional offers are limited to one per user and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Users must follow all applicable laws
  • Users may not attempt to arrange in person meetings with performers
  • Users may not attempt to obtain personal contact information from performers
  • Users may not attempt to bypass platform billing systems
  • Users may not harass performers
  • Users may not record calls or chats

8. Prohibited Activity

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Any content involving minors
  • Human trafficking activity
  • Solicitation of prostitution
  • Any illegal activity

Accounts engaging in prohibited or illegal activity will be permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Performer Independence

Performers on Phone Buck Fuck operate as independent contractors. They are not employees of the platform.

The platform provides technology that allows connections between users and performers but does not control the content of conversations.

10. User Generated Content

Messages, text, images, and files transmitted through web chat are considered user generated content.

Phone Buck Fuck does not create, monitor, or control private communications between users and performers.

Users are solely responsible for any content they transmit through the platform.

11. Web Chat Image Uploads

The chat system may allow users to upload images. By uploading images you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to share it
  • All persons appearing in the image are at least eighteen years old
  • The image contains no minors
  • The image does not contain illegal material
  • The image does not involve animals in sexual content

12. Platform Monitoring

The platform does not actively monitor private communications between users and performers.

However reported activity may be reviewed when necessary to enforce platform rules.

13. Biometric Data

Phone Buck Fuck does not collect or store biometric identifiers such as facial scans or fingerprints.

Device authentication features such as Face ID or fingerprint login are handled entirely by the user's device and operating system.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software belong to Phone Buck Fuck and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

15. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an as available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

All conversations are fantasy entertainment. Nothing communicated through the platform constitutes real advice, real relationships, or real services beyond fantasy entertainment.

16. Limitation of Liability

Phone Buck Fuck shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous twelve months or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

17. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

18. Account Termination

Phone Buck Fuck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms.

19. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

20. Customer Support

Users may contact customer support by creating a support ticket within their account dashboard or messaging customer service through the internal account messaging center.
