18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance
All persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website were over the age of eighteen years at the time the visual depiction was created.
Exemption Statement: The operators of Phone Buck Fuck are not the primary producers of any visual content that may appear on the platform. Phone Buck Fuck operates as a technology platform that facilitates communication between users and independent performers.
Phone Buck Fuck does not produce, film, create, or commission any visual sexually explicit content displayed by independent performers on the platform. Any content that may be uploaded or displayed by performers is the responsibility of the independent performer who created or submitted that content.
Content Produced by Independent Performers
To the extent that any images or visual material may appear on the platform that could fall within the definition of sexually explicit visual content under applicable law, such material is provided by independent performers who are solely responsible for maintaining the records required by federal law.
Independent performers using the platform represent and warrant that they are over eighteen years of age and that they maintain all legally required identification records for any visual content they create or upload.
Nature of Platform Services
Phone Buck Fuck primarily provides communication based entertainment services including live phone calls and live web chat sessions between consenting adults.
These services are intended for fantasy entertainment purposes and generally do not involve the production or distribution of visual sexually explicit content as defined under federal record keeping laws.
Video chat services may be introduced in the future. Any such services will operate under applicable federal laws and record keeping requirements if required.
User Uploaded Content
Users of the web chat system may have the ability to upload images during private chat sessions. Phone Buck Fuck does not create, control, or produce such content and does not act as the producer of those materials.
Users who upload images are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they submit complies with applicable laws and does not involve minors or illegal material.
Platform Role
Phone Buck Fuck functions as an online service provider and technology platform. The platform provides tools that allow adult users to communicate with one another but does not create visual content and does not act as the producer of any user generated material.
Accordingly, Phone Buck Fuck is exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to content created by independent users of the platform.
Reporting Violations
Phone Buck Fuck maintains a strict policy against illegal content involving minors. Any user who encounters content believed to involve minors or illegal activity should report the material immediately through the platform support system available within their account.
