Call and refund policy

If dispatch charged your card but could not connect you with the chosen character, contact support@phonebuckfuck.com. We will review the charge and help arrange another available character or a refund.

Buy only the minutes you expect to use. Unused minutes are not carried forward or refunded. Dissatisfaction with an otherwise completed call is not refundable. For technical problems during a call, contact support for case-by-case review.
