Pegged Boss Femdom: My After-Hours Revenge
He spent months acting like he owned me at work. One late night at the office, I showed him exactly who was in charge.

I need to be a little careful telling this one, for obvious reasons, so let's just say this happened, names have been omitted to protect the guilty, and my boss has never looked at a conference room the same way since. This is the story of the night I pegged my boss, and it remains the single most satisfying power flip of my entire life.
He was the worst kind of boss. Not the yelling kind. The condescending kind. The kind who called me sweetheart in meetings and explained my own ideas back to me like I wouldn't understand them. He ran the office like a kingdom and himself like a king, and every woman in that building had a story about him. I had been fantasizing about putting him in his place for months. I just hadn't realized my revenge would take the form of the ultimate pegged boss femdom fantasy until the universe handed me the perfect opportunity.
We were working late on a huge client deadline, just the two of us left on the floor. Everyone else had gone home. It was past ten, the office was dark except for our corner, and the tension of the deadline had us both wired and a little unhinged. At some point, over cold takeout in the break room, the conversation turned personal. Dangerous territory, but the lateness of the hour had dissolved everyone's filters. He started talking about his love life, or lack of one, and somewhere in there, half-joking, he admitted he had always wondered what it would be like to let a woman take control for once.
I stopped chewing. I looked at him across that little break room table, and I said, very calmly, that jokes like that were dangerous to make around me. He laughed it off. I didn't laugh. I told him I had something in my car that might change his whole perspective on power dynamics, and I watched the color drain from his face as he realized I was serious.
What happened next is the part I replay in my head whenever I need a confidence boost. I locked the office door. I closed the blinds on the conference room. I laid out my rules on his own desk, in his own office, in the kingdom where he was supposed to be king: I was in charge now, he would do exactly what I said, and if at any point he wanted to stop, all he had to do was say so. He agreed so fast he stumbled over the words.
I started by making him kneel on the carpet of his own corner office while I sat in his chair, his big leather throne, spinning slowly while I told him everything I had ever wanted to say to him. About the sweetheart comments. About the mansplaining. About the way he took credit in meetings. He took every word with his eyes on the floor, and I could see him getting hard through his trousers, which told me everything about what this was really doing for him.
Then I bent him over his own desk, the same desk where he signed my performance reviews, and I took my time. I prepped him thoroughly, because I am thorough, narrating the whole thing about how the mighty had fallen. When I finally pressed into him, deep and slow, he made a sound I had never heard from him, this raw surrendered groan, and his hands gripped the edge of the desk like he was holding on for dear life.
I rode that power like a wave. I set the pace. I decided when he got more and when I pulled back to tease. I leaned over his back and whispered that this was what it felt like to be managed, and he laughed, this helpless breathless laugh, and said I was a better boss than he ever was. I told him he was damn right, and I took him harder to prove the point.
By the end he was wrecked in the best way, shaking on his own office carpet, and I stood over him feeling like the queen of the entire building. I helped him up, kissed his cheek, and told him we would never speak of this at work. Then I added that if he ever called me sweetheart in a meeting again, I would deny him for a month. He nodded so fast I thought he might hurt his neck.
He has never called me sweetheart again. He did, however, start approving all my time-off requests without question, and he gave me the biggest raise of anyone on the team that year. I like to think it was merit-based. But I also like to think he remembers exactly who runs that office after ten PM.
