Before paying
Check your choice’s availability and text to confirm the call. If you pay while she is away, return when she shows Available and text to arrange the call. Previously confirmed times may take priority.
Once connected
Calls are normally nonrefundable once connected. Ending early by choice completes the purchased block. Unused minutes cannot be saved, combined, or used for another call.
If something goes wrong
For a missed connection, payment problem, or technical interruption, contact support@phonebuckfuck.com promptly. Include enough information to identify your payment, without sending card details. We will review what happened and help with the next step.
